Casttoos are tattoos for casts. The company makes a number of different standard designs (flames, tribal stuff, etc), but the coolest available is a custom version of your actual brokeback bones. You just email the company a scan of your x-ray, and they send you a waterproof tattoo to apply to your cast. It's as simple as that!
