Is This the New Pinhead from the Hellraiser Remake?

A new Hellraiser remake is in the works and apparently the makeup effects creator of the original Pinhead, Gary J. Turncliffe has yet to be asked to participate in the reboot. However, that didn't stop him from redesigning Pinhead on spec and he gave an exclusive look at his new designs to Fangoria, along with Turncliffe talking about the new design.
