Slings Let The World Know How You Did It .

This is a series of slings that lets the rest of the world know how you went and broke your arm. And as a guy who's broken his thumb once and arm twice, I've got to admit: it's never stopped me from still doing dumb shit all the time. High-five for never learning lessons! But seriously, now I've got a wonk-arm now with a giant metal plate and screws in it that sends shockwaves up my arm whenever I try to do push-ups. Which is EXACTLY why I don't work out. AND HELL YES I SET OFF AIRPORT METAL DETECTORS! Just like Luke Skywalker -- except I'VE never tried slipping my sister the tongue. Step-sisters don't count!

Thanks to Romeo, whose magnetic personality alone is enough to set off an airport metal detector.

Goldfish Trash Bags Design Makes Taking Out the Trash a Beautiful Sight.

I have seen a lot of creative and cute dustbins, but trash bags always remained shy towards innovation, so these Goldfish trash bags have broken all the norms with a refreshing print that could dupe a lot of onlookers. When filled with garbage these bags seem to hold water and big goldfish inside and also offers to tease the cats in the neighborhood; there is a good chance of some cat actually trying to puncture the bag for its golden meal and spilling your garbage all around.

The Goldfish Trash bags are made up of oxo-biodegradable plastic which translates into the fact that apart from neat stacking up your garbage, it doesn’t harm our mother earth. I don’t think there was a better way of bring such eco-friendly benefits together. One retail unit comes with 12 such bags and can hold upto 13 gallons. $16 may be a bit too much to pay for trash-bags but unconventional things always come with a bigger price-tag.

They're Hugging Me!: Teddy Bear Jacket.

This is a jacket made out of teddy bears from artist/designer Sebastian Errazuriz (who also brought us the zipper dress). I like it, it looks really comfortable. Now I know what you're thinking, "I bet that son of a bitch GW still sleeps with a teddy bear!" AND SO WHAT IF I DO? I bet yooooou still sleep with your parents! Kidding, I'd know if you did. HIYO! Your dad's a snorer.

Thanks to Natasha, who once made a doll baby jacket. It didn't go over as well.

He's Eating My Ass!: Pac-Man Gaming Chair.

This is a Pac-Man gaming chair. The best I can tell it's just a computer image, rendering(!) it fake, but it's cool enough for someone to make reality IMHO. And speaking of MHO: they're out there. I'm talking aliens, fool! Anyway, this Pac-Man chair feeds off pocket lint and loose change but won't hesitate to eat your cat if you go out of town for a long weekend without at least laying out some treats. And by treats I mean dingleberries. Sick, I know, but he loves those things.

Thanks to Serenity Rose, who had a Frogger chair but sold it when it kept trying to lick her leg.

Good Lookin': Mario-Insired Eveningwear.

This is a line of Mario-inspired sparkling eveningwear by designer and crafster user montyfull. Nice, but where were these designs ten years ago when I went to prom? I make sparkles look gooood. So I'm a fashion major. Graduated in 2007, and just NOW got around to uploading pics of my stuff! I'm an avid gamer for life. Shooters, RPGs, PC, nintendo, Xbox... I'll play anything if I can afford it. Smiley I also don't like to take myself too seriously, so I decided that my senior collection was going to be mario eveningwear. Ya know, lots of sequins, duchess satin, chiffon, coupled with the crazy icons we know and love.
I, for one, am not ashamed to admit I'd rock the hell out of any of those. Plus, I would tape my penis to my leg. Cause I'm ladylike.

Thanks to Jenny, The Bloggess, who could make a Wario-inspired dress look good. She's fine, yo!Source: Geekologie.com

Looks Breakable: New PS4 Concept Art .

From Tai Chiem, the same designer who conceptualized last week's XBox 720 comes this PS4. And here I've been thinking it was a baseball cap glued to a coffee table. Silly me.

As the designer expects, the Playstation 4 will sport a high end touch screen rather than glossy body that the current generation gaming console sports. The CD ROM has a sexy placement and a gloss cover that can be customized would definitely be an added advantage, what say? Even the PS4 controllers are designed to perfectly match with the console and will sport a few touch screen options. From the images given, it seems that the gen next Play station will also have an embedded OLED screen, which makes this Playstation 4 game console here twice as cool as expected, right?

What's up with making everything out of glass? I've got news for you designers -- GLASS ISN'T FUTURISTIC. Self-powered rocket ships, those are futuristic. Glass is oldschool. As a matter of fact, one time I saw a glass bottle from the 1970's. That's before I was even born!

Pen Lets You Draw With Any Color You See.

First of all, thank you all for the kind birthday wishes. I just went through and read them all and that was some seriously sweet shit you all said (I'm so eloquent). I almost cried, but then I wrestled a bear (and won) so that I wouldn't. But seriously -- thanks, I had the best birthday I can remember in a long time. BUT NOW IT'S THE 13TH! And you all know what that means, don't you? International Left Hander's Day! Two days in a row, baby! The Color Picker pen by Jinsu Park is a drawing device that allows you to write in any color you can scan with the pen's color sensor. You just hold the Color Picker up to something, push a button, and PRESTO! it mixes the right amounts of blue, green purple and yellow to make the brown you were looking for. Unfortunately, the Color Picker is currently only conceptual, UNLIKE MY CEREAL PICKER! It's a spoon that, when you think about a certain kind of cereal, fills itself with that kind! I use it to invent new delicious breakfast morsels. *concentrating* Okay, so this one tastes like shit -- you've gotta try it!

Whiplash Design for IRON MAN VS. WHIPLASH Comic Book Series.

As you know Iron Man 2 is currently in the post production phase of movie making. It is going through the editing, sound, and special effects process. The main villain in the film is Whiplash who is being played by Mickey Rourke. We have seen a couple images of him in his early whiplash outfit. It looks pretty gnarly. To get you up to speed on who whiplash is and get to know the villain a little bit better Marvel’s kicking off a four-issue IRON MAN VS. WHIPLASH limited series beginning in November.

«Before he flays the metal off of Tony Stark’s hide in ‘Iron Man 2,’ this is every True Believer’s chance to crawl inside the twisted head of the wicked Whiplash,” boasts Editor Bill Rosemann. “If it’s jet-setting, globe-trotting, eye-popping action you crave, IRON MAN VS. WHIPLASH will make you believe that Tony Stark is indeed a cool exec with a heart of steel…and Whiplash is the fiend that will break it!»

Below you will find the Whiplash character design for the comic book, and the cover art for the first issue of IRON MAN VS. WHIPLASH. The Whiplash design is pretty cool, but I seriously doubt that this is the same design that will be used in the movie. First of all I know Marvel wants to keep the actual movie design under wraps as long as they can. Second of all if they were going off the movie designs then the Iron man suit used in the cover of the comic would resemble the Iron Man suit of the movie more. It may have the same basic design but the details are different. I just think the Whiplash design in the film is going to look much cooler. What do you all think?

Lamps That Look Like Security Cameras.

The Antrepo 'I'm Not A Security Camera' is a desk lamp in the form factor of a security camera. Set it on the desk or hang it on the wall -- either way you'll think twice before looking at what you and I both know you looked at online while at work. Tsk, tsk. Plus, it might help deter stapler theft. Better than a loaded gun? No, but safer. Remember when you shot yourself in the leg trying to fill up a cup at the water cooler? That was funny. Your blood makes me laugh.

Thanks to Steven, who just booby traps everything instead.

Brand Keyboard Replaces Letters With Logos.

The Brand Keyboard, designed by Ignacio Pilotto, has logos instead of letters on all the keys. That's neat.

BRANDS : Adidas - Burger king - Coca Cola - Disney - Ebay - Facebook - Google - Hp - Intel - J&b - Kodak - Lacoste - Mac donald´s - Nike - O2 - Pepsi - Quaker - Rolling stone - Shell - Twitter - Unilever - Virgin - WordPress - Xerox - You tube - Zippo

The repetition of the logos used by the advertising psychology, causes us to systematically recognize the brands, getting us to recognize the logos rather than our own alphabet.

Psychology, I love psychology. One time I brainwashed a whole craft room full of senior citizens into thinking I was Jesus, then demanded a tithe. Whee! Next stop: hell.

Blocky: Tetris Pots For Growing Grass.

These are planters in the form of tetrads. They are equally suited for growing shit or use as cereal bowls. And, because I'm a complete slaya', I've even come up with another use: decoration. Did I just blow your mind? No? THEN WHOSE WAS THAT? Quick -- the lights!

Thanks to Julian, who grows his 'grass' in old milk jugs like a normal person.

Pimp Out Your Bike Wheels With Monkeylectric.

Looking to add some flashy flair to your bicycle but already have a sweet horn? How about some LEDs for your wheels? Monkeylectric bike LEDs are capable of producing cool designs, including, and not just limited to: stars and shit. It's essentially a AA battery-powered 256 RGB system that straps to a bike's spokes and has a sweet spot of between 8 and 20 mph: At 8, you'll just start to see the patterns in the center, and at 20 the light show will have taken over your entire wheel. It's customizable, but only to a point, as you have to use the on-board buttons to alter the patterns rather than loading images via USB or whatever.
A kit costs $60, which really isn't too bad considering all the seizures you'll cause. I just ordered two. Are you thinking what I'm thinking? If you answered, "a pot leaf on the front wheel and skull & crossbones on the back", you're not. I'm going dual mudflap chicks, baby!

FAKE: Shadow Chair's Shadows Are All Wrong

The $1,050 Shadow Chair may appear to defy the laws of decency, but it's actually not. IT'S A TRAP TRICK! SPOILER ALERT: The shadow is actually part of the chair's frame. HIYO -- I bet you didn't see that coming, did you? You did? Oh, well aren't you just the little Sherlock Geekologie Reader!? Well riddle me this then: if a train departs Washington DC traveling north at 60 MPH, and another one leaves NYC going south at 55 MPH, does anyone get groped on the subway in Japan? Probably -- and that's just wrong.

Crazy Sink Is Crazy, Drains Onto The Floor.

The Abisko Washbasin from Eumar isn't even a basin. It's a freaking waterslide. A waterslide sink that drains onto the floor. How hilarious would it be if some bar installed this thing and forgot to put in the drain? Or even better -- you clogged it with a bunch of paper towels! HAHAHA, water damage is so funny! But seriously, it would be cool to spit blood in the sink and watch it sail down the stream. And why would you be spitting blood? I dunno, sometimes you just *WA-POW!* that's why.

Here's a bunch more of the questionable modernity.
